Payments & Refunds
All prices are in CAD. Refunds are subject to our refund policy, which prioritizes fairness and transparency. Taxes may apply based on your province or territory. Access may be suspended for unpaid or disputed charges.
- By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the displayed amount plus applicable taxes.
- Partial refunds, where applicable, are calculated pro rata based on unused access.
- Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of services pending resolution.
Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct
- No reverse engineering, decompiling, or circumventing security measures.
- No sharing of account access, licensing keys, or download links.
- No harassment, impersonation, or misrepresentation of affiliation.
- No uploading of third-party content without proper rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carvalton Institute, its affiliates, and instructors are not liable for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the site or courses, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
